Frequently asked question
We’d like to clarify that there are two types of settlements, and they are the Flexible and Weekly settlements.
Flexible settlement: It’s issued on Saturday once your settlement value (order – Tamara fee) is 2500 SAR or more, and accordingly you will be receiving it in your bank account by the following Tuesday without any bank transaction charges. In this case, 25 SAR will not be deducted for the bank transfer fees when the settlement is sent on the following Tuesday.
Weekly Settlement: Settlement is sent weekly on Tuesday, and 25 SAR for bank transfer fees are deducted if the settlement is less than 2,500 SAR.
Additionally, we settle your accounts in full regardless of whether the customer has paid us or not.

Tamara settles the amounts with the merchants every week whether the customers have paid or not. We will deal with it so that you won’t have to!
